This paper presents a translation of the natural language into a chart flow for some viral invasions. The proposed model is suitable for those families of viruses who replicate inside the host cell nucleus. A logic circuits with finite state is based on an organizational-chart that is extracted from a natural language. Therefore, this initial step in logic circuits implementation, is applied to the life cycle of these particular viruses. The main scope is to establish clear states, input variable and output command functions. The viral invasion modeling might be interesting for the analysis of multi-omics data sets. Other applications of organizational chart could be in micro-biology or virusology, to offer algorithms for antiviral agents development.
